John Randall is a highly esteemed Project Director with extensive experience and a distinguished career in engineering. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer, holding several prestigious qualifications including NER and APEC Engineer IntPE(Aust).

John has a rich history of leadership, having served as the chair, deputy chair, and member of the ACT division of Consult Australia for over a decade. In this role, he actively represented the local consulting industry to both ACT and Federal Governments. Additionally, he contributed to the Master Builders Association (MBA) for approximately 30 years, serving on the Professional Council.

His expertise spans a broad range of civil engineering projects, including multi-disciplinary studies, feasibility studies, and master planning. John has extensive experience in the design and documentation of both greenfields and brownfield/urban renewal subdivisions, as well as housing and retirement developments.

Viet Le is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience, specializing in water resources, large-scale land development projects, and project management. He is recognized as a leading authority in both water resources and land development within the ACT. Throughout his career, Viet has been involved in major infrastructure projects and has taken on various design and leadership roles.

His professional strengths include innovative thinking and institutional strengthening, which have contributed significantly to his expertise. Viet's extensive experience spans multiple areas, including land development, hydrology and hydraulics, stormwater drainage, flood mitigation, and water-sensitive urban design (WSUD).

Additionally, Viet is well-versed in urban infrastructure and sanitary landfill, further showcasing his comprehensive knowledge and capabilities in these critical fields.

Alvaro is a senior civil designer with over 20 years’ experience in the design of land development, urban infill, civil Infrastructure, and major roads projects.

With key projects ranging throughout the civil engineering spectrum Alvaro can add value to any civil engineering project, primarily focussing on residential/commercial land developments, arterial roads, urban infill, active travel, from pre-construction temporary works to WAE.

Within John Randall Consulting Alvaro is responsible for the delivery of the design documentation and prides himself on communicating the design intent as efficiently as possible.
